A prominent member of Pakistan’s strategic community Professor Zafar Nawaz Jaspal recently shared a YouTube link of a talk by him at a seminar in which he concludes that Narendra Modi’s electoral compulsions in an election year in India could mean that a nuclear crisis is on the cards.
There is absolutely no doubt that Modi alone matters today in India, including in nuclear war matters. The chain of advisors has been intentionally kept vague.
As for military, why is it still an open question whether they are pro-hindutva,? They are anything and everything Modi wants them to be. So even if they are included in the chain of decision making,?it means nothing.
